Stage, Next Step, Priority, Visit Count, Rating and the other CRM-only fields are dropped automatically — only real contact details make it onto the card.
Takes a photo, reads the name, title, company, phone, email, address and social links off the card. Nothing on the card gets saved anywhere except onto this card.
Some fields showed only "Link" in the paste — the real URL didn't come through as text. Paste those in by hand above if you have them, or leave blank.
On iPhone: this opens the share sheet — pick "Save to Files" or send it to yourself (Messages/Mail/AirDrop), then open that file to get the Add Contact screen.
